About Mia

I studied Psychology from the age of sixteen through to degree level, interested as I was in understanding the human experience. Prior to graduating, I’d planned a career in the mental health profession but when this did not look as fulfilling as I’d first envisaged I pursued my interest in dance, only to find, intuitively, my career headed back towards dance-movement therapy. From there, via Reflexology, Homeopathy and Flower Essences, I trod a path through health and well-being to care and social services and finally, fortutiously, to the The Three Principles.

I participated in programmes with some of the top facilitators of this work including Jenny Anderson, Dicken Bettinger, Rudi Kennard and Ian Watson before undertaking a two year course of study with Michael Neill, one of the world's top life coaches and Three Principles practitioners/trainers. At Supercoach Academy I also had the privilege of learning from Cathy Casey, Mara Gleason, Mark Howard, Elsie Spittle and Aaron Turner. In 2016, I graduated from Supercoach Academy as a Transformative Life Coach.

Finally, I am doing what I always hoped to do; share my understanding of the mind to positively impact the lives of others.

I live and work in Suffolk, England, with my husband and three children.
